Science behind this formula:
- Artemisia absinthium:
The cholagogic digestive appetite- stimulant and wound- healing effects ascribed to the drug are attributed to the essential oils and amaroids. A signigicant increase of alpha amylase, lipase, bilirubin and cholesterol has been observed during patients with liver disorders.
- Achellia melifolium/ flowers:
Cholagogue effect (stimulates the flow of bile) due to the guaianolide and germacranolide content.
- Mentha piperita/ leaf: Cholagogue effect.
- Marrubium vulgare (Arial part): The bitter ingredients act as a gastric juice stimulant marrubinic acid acts as a choleretic.
- Peumus boldo: antispasmodic, choleretic and increase gastric secretions.

Dosage and Administration:

middle spoon , or tea bag from the mixture to a glass of boiled water /capacity of 200 ml. ( boiled previously) then cover it for ten minutes, filter it and have it warm half an hour before the meal.
therapeutically: 2-3 times daily.
as maintenance treatment: once daily before lunch.
