• Ginkgo Biloba/ leaf:
The active ingredient in ginkgo, the flavonoids (ginkgo-flavone glycosides) and terpenoids (ginkgolides and bilobalide, propably affect the progression of dementia in severel way, such as reducing neutrophil infiltration and lipid peroxidation (otamiri & tagesson 1989). PDR
The major studies have demonstrated a benefit with ginkgo supplementation on cognition. Gincko demonstrated benefit in elderly patients with mild to moderate memory impairment, slowed the rate of deterioration in severe dementia.
Ginkgo b. may be free radical scavenger and prevent lipid peroxidation.
G. b. relaxes contracted blood vessels, and reduces arteriosclerotic lesions.
The anti- inflammatory of ginkgo b. may be related to reduced eosinophil infiltration.
Cognitive function may be improved by the antioxidant properties on ginkgo.
- Ginkgo b. is indicated for intermittent claudication. PDR
 Ginkgo b. is indiated by commission e/ Germany for:
- Symptomatic relief of organic brain dysfunction.
- Intermittent claudication.
- Vertigo (vascular origin).
- Tinnitus (vascular origin).
• Crataegus azorolus/ flower and leaf:
Crataegus a. is well studied herb for use in cardiovascular diseases. Historically it has been used for congestive heart failure. The use of Crataegus a. in atherosclerosis and hyperlipidemia is well documented. The active principles are procyanidins and flvonoids which cause an increase in coronary blood flow due to dilatory effects resulting in an improvement of myocardial blood flow.
• Panax ginseng:
Commonly is used to physical and mental well-being, it's primarily indicated in the treatment of fatigue weakness and mild depression.
Clinical studies of panax ginseng have examined its use against cancer immunodepression hyperlipidemia for enhancement of cardiovascular status and alleviating symptoms of climacteric in postmenopausal women.
Infertility effects: the saponin fraction of panax ginseng enhanced sperm motility and progression.
• Melissa officinalis:
Mild sedative and carminative spasmolytic antibacterial antiviral anti oxidative and anti hormonal effects.

Dosage and Administration:

middle spoon , or tea bag from the mixture to a glass of boiled water /capacity of 200 ml. ( boiled previously) then cover it for ten minutes, filter it and have it warm half an hour before the meal.
For the therapy : 2-3 times per day .
Prophylacticlly: once daily before lunch.
